Cách 1: xoá ngay trong ứng dụng

1. Mở Lịch Vạn Niên 2027.
2. Chọn tab Thêm, rồi Tôi.
3. Bấm Xoá dữ liệu của tôi và xác nhận.

Dữ liệu trên máy được xoá ngay. Dữ liệu trên máy chủ được xoá trong vòng 24 giờ; nếu lúc đó máy không có mạng, yêu cầu sẽ tự gửi lại khi có mạng.

Cách 2: gửi yêu cầu qua email (khi đã gỡ ứng dụng)

1. Gửi email tới mimobile.team@gmail.com với tiêu đề “Xoá dữ liệu Lịch Vạn Niên 2027”.
2. Gửi từ địa chỉ Gmail bạn đã dùng để đăng nhập trong ứng dụng (nếu có), và cho biết bạn muốn xoá toàn bộ hay chỉ một phần dữ liệu.
3. Chúng tôi sẽ trả lời để xác minh bạn là chủ dữ liệu, rồi xoá và báo lại cho bạn.

Dữ liệu bị xoá

• Mã thiết bị ẩn danh và quyền lợi gói gắn với thiết bị.
• Mã tài khoản Google đã băm (nếu bạn từng đăng nhập).
• Bản sao lưu Sổ nhà đã mã hoá.
• Thông tin Nhà mình: tư cách thành viên, tên hiển thị, năm sinh.
• Số lượt Hỏi lịch đã dùng và các báo cáo câu trả lời bạn đã gửi.

Dữ liệu được giữ lại

• Hồ sơ giao dịch (mã giao dịch Google Play đã băm, sản phẩm, trạng thái, hạn dùng) được giữ trong thời hạn pháp luật yêu cầu, rồi xoá.
• Gói thuê bao không tự huỷ khi xoá dữ liệu. Hãy huỷ thuê bao trong Google Play nếu không muốn bị gia hạn.

Delete your account and data

Option 1: delete in the app

1. Open Lịch Vạn Niên 2027.
2. Go to the More tab, then Me.
3. Tap Delete my data and confirm.

Data on your phone is deleted at once. Data on our servers is deleted within 24 hours; if your phone is offline at that moment, the request is sent again when it is back online.

Option 2: ask by email (if you have uninstalled the app)

1. Email mimobile.team@gmail.com with the subject “Delete data Lịch Vạn Niên 2027”.
2. Send it from the Gmail address you signed in with in the app (if any), and say whether you want all or part of your data deleted.
3. We reply to confirm you own the data, then delete it and let you know.

Data that is deleted

• The anonymous device ID and the plan rights linked to the device.
• Your hashed Google account identifier (if you ever signed in).
• The encrypted backup of your family book.
• Family data: membership, display name, birth year.
• Your Ask-the-calendar usage counts and any answer reports you sent.

Data that is kept

• Purchase records (hashed Google Play transaction ID, product, status, expiry) are kept for the period the law requires, then deleted.
• Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel it in Google Play if you do not want it to renew.
